Nice room with poor amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bedding needs replacing as the sheet and mattress pad wouldn’t stay on. The mattress was poor as well. The shower head wouldn’t stay in position and faucet in the sink was too restrictive.

This is probably my most favorite hotel in Rochester. Last night it just seemed like 1 thing after another. The bathroom fan didn't work. One of the shelves was loose so the towels spills all over the toilet and floor. Love the continental breakfast but the 1st milk my daughter opened was spoiled. Then as i had my hands full i attemped to use elevator but 6 ppl were stuck inside. Unfortunately i had an accident recently so my left foot is fractured in 3 places and the main reason i was staying was to sooth my back pain in the hottub. So walking to my room at the top floor was painful and not ideal. At 1 point i had to scoop 3 wads of hair out of the hot tub while i was using it. I'm usually not one to complain but i was highly unsatisfied as i was offered no compensation when i brought it up to staff.

A great stay

The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming while still being professional and he made check-in a great experience after a long day. Hotel is clean, our room was clean, and beds very comfortable. Great hospitality and making us feel like valued guests. Definitely will recommend and stay here again when in Rochester.
