Clean, quick and close to Mayo. Don't need much else when you're up here. As always, the elevators remain funky -- but not an issue once you know where you're going. Been staying here for years.

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. And we travel A LOT. It’s not the most up to date. But we have stayed here twice and both times, every single corner is spotless. Also, the service is amazing. They also clean the rooms every single day, which since Covid, most hotels don’t anymore. The continental breakfast is small. It does offer omelettes, French toast and sausage. It’s cold and needs to be heated up. But it wasn’t bad tasting. The subway to the hospital is convenient. Always had hot water, air conditioning worked amazing, very quiet…… I have ZERO complaints.

No fresh fruit (oranges, bananas, apples). Mostly cereals, breads & premade omelets you have to microwave. The rooms are dated but clean, staff was nice, proximity to Mayo & connection to the Subway is excellent

The walkability to Mayo and parking is excellent. It is definitely an older property, but is it very clean, doesn't have strong odors in the hallways, beds are good.

A very comfortable stay!

The parking area was safe, open, lit up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet in our room during our stay. The temp was perfect upon arrival and windows could be opened and air conditioner was there if needed, remote included! I would not hesitate to stay at Brentwood Inn & Suites again.

Room clean. Parking was ok. I am using a knee scooter and had xrays/check up/etc at Mayo clinic next day after stay. I called property to confirm that I reserved a handicap room for our stay. We arrived approx 8pm and the handicap room was not available. We stayed in a room with a couch. We had to rearrange table and chairs in order for me to get around. There was a bathtub chair available so my husband went to the front desk to get it. I was thankful they had one. Why didn't staff offer it when I checked in and she could see I was mobility impaired and room wasn't available? So, we could deal with the inconvenience for one night. However, the clincher...rock hard bed. 3 pillows. By 4:00 am, I scooted over to the couch with my pillow and extra blanket hoping this would be the answer to please get sleep. Nope. The next day at the clinic was miserable. Tired & a headache. My husband said the breakfast was pretty good. Besides donuts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc. there were cooked items in the fridge to choose from, that you could warm up in the microwave. i.e. 3 types of omelets, french toast, sausage links.
