We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast looked like it was going to be delicious but unfortunately we did not have time to eat due to early appointments.

Room was very nice and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was limited with a lot of the optional items being "pre-packaged" starch. The hot items were nice and the coffee was better than many places I've stayed.

It is difficult to find the entry point for Aspen due to massive road construction. We had to call twice to get very specific directions. The second time, we got accurate location and parking help from Rosie. She was genuine and very informative. The facility is great - quiet and comfortable. Well positioned for access to many highilights in Rochester.
