This is a great place to stay when in the Rochester area. Parking is secure underground. Take the elevator behind a room key activated door. The kitchenette was convenient to have with a full size refrigerator and a smaller stove. Found several local restaurants that had great food and within short 2 block walk. On late afternoon check in Aspen Suite was serving a light supper Monday-Thursday to guests which was a nice perk. We had a 2 Queen Suite which id on the smaller side but still gave us plenty of room. Pool and Hot Tub was clean and used by the family. We will definitely be booking here again!

Property is excellent for St. Mary's Hospital. Underground parking is great in the winter. Parking is extremely tight and spots are very small. Tough with a large truck or SUV.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. This is the 3rd week I have been here at Aspen Suites and I could stay here forever. Just love everything about it. My daughter is a patient at St Mary’s Mayo and I am staying alone. The staff has made me feel safe and at home and made me feel like family. I am so grateful.
