could of been great
Hello,
I'm writing to tell you about our stay on Saturday August 2nd.
First, when we entered the hotel it was very warm. I'm not sure if the A/C was not working or not on, but it was very warm throughout the common areas of the hotel. We were not able to use these areas due to this and had to eat our breakfast Sunday morning in our room. We felt bad for the older gentleman sweating as he checked in other patrons.
Secondly, the televisions throughout the hotel were not working. This was not told to us before we arrived, or we would have made other arrangements.
The ice machine on the floor of our room, the second floor, was not working.
There were no towels available in the hot tub area when we went to use it.
When I went to take a shower the products supplied were not shampoo and conditioner but conditioner and body lotion, which I did not realize until I was already in the shower, so I was unable to wash my hair.
The room was clean and the bed was luckily comfortable.
Overall it was not a very good stay. There was only one gentleman on staff at the desk throughout our stay and he consistently had a long line of people at the desk so speaking to him about any of these issues, even if he could have addressed them, was very inconvenient.
