Our stay was great! The location is one of the best—very close to many good restaurants and attractions, especially the ferries. The hotel restaurant was also one of the best in town, offering excellent food from breakfast through to dinner. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and the room was spotless. The only issue we experienced was with early check-in. We had requested to check in around 1:30 p.m. and received confirmation through the website, but unfortunately, we didn’t get our room until 5:00 p.m.—an hour later than the standard check-in time. I would recommend this hotel definitely and I'm sure you will have wonderful moments.

Location is great but the rooms despite being renovated are ordinary, old HVAC system that is noisy in the room. The garage is under construction again so limited parking. Staff are very helpful and kind. Room has no character which is too bad given the hotel is located at the waterfront...needs some applicable decorations added. Not really impressed.

Fantastic location in downtown Kingston

Well located hotel on the waterfront with fantastic views of the marina. We usually stay here when we visit Kingston. Nice swimming pool on the top floor with amazing views. The staff were great. The parking was expensive @ $36/day

Horrible parking situation. They charge d me $36 per night for parking. Expensive for Kingston. I returned and they said they had no parking available. I explained I had paid for parking. They said other people lied to them and said they were guests of the hotel when they were not. I travelled around the area looking for street parking for 25 minutes and had to park 5 blocks away from the hotel and walk back. They removed the parking charge and offered me a free cup of coffee as compensation. they called me and offered me a parking spot late so I had to walk back to my car and return. All in all about an hour of my time wasted. A coffee as compensation??? bad management.
