Convenient and comfy

It's a convenient hotel to my mother-in law and it has a pool- needs are comfortable. Breakfast is extra and too early so we always go to Waffle House nearby instead. They were alway running out of towels and had no extra pillows available- we have stayed there several times, though.

The property was recently renovated and is in a much better condition than the first time I stayed there. The hotel looks nice. The first room they gave me had a very strong mildew smell. They gave me a different room and that one was nice but it had a very pungent dog smell that was horrible. I tried dousing the carpet with air freshener but the dog smell prevailed. It's time to shampoo the carpets.

Check in was nice and friendly. Room was nice but the bathroom smelled and we had barely any toilet paper or tissues and the toilet had been used and not flushed prior to our arrival. Paid for breakfast, went at 6am as we had to get on the road and the server was late for work so we were delayed. Not a bad hotel but the service could be better
