The rooms were disgustingly dirty, bugs when you entered. Yes, we tried 2 different rooms on each floor before deciding to leave and go somewhere clean. We were there for a matter of 15 minutes.

Don’t trust photos. Room is a dump. Broken walls, stained towels in the bathroom, dirty floors, weed smoke everywhere. Common areas ok, breakfast decent, as expected, but DON’T go there!

We had to switch rooms because the room reeked of the smell of smoke the next room the shower was full of vey fine hairs bed skirt was ripped in multiple places we were extremely tired from the drive an the two events we attended. The front desk clerk was very understandable but we wasn't compensated for our inconvenience

I reserve two rooms 208 and 210 .Room 208 bedding was stained and dirty they gave me another room 217.It also had dirty bedding .My Daughter and her husband were given a sheet and blanket to change the bed in room 217.they ended up putting the sheet on top of the dirty bedding in order to sleep.Room 210 the funiture was coming apart at the base. Both rooms did not have hot water.

I had a two night stay and my room wasn't cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels. However, someone entered my room and rambled through my belongings while I was away from the hotel. I informed the manager/owner about this incident and showed him pictures of how I had left my room and how I found the room upon my return. I have had family members who always stay at this hotel numerous time during the year when they visit relatives in Roanok Rapids and they have never experienced this type of invasion of privacy. The manager/owner said "he knew who had the key to the room, however, he didn't offer any consolation to this matter. I am very disappointed with this situation.
