Apartment 509 Barra Palace

Apartment in a good position for beach, restaurants and local market. However actual apartment appalling and should not be rented out. Holes in walls for electrics, no bulbs in some lights, dirty bed linen, broken locks, balcony furniture in terrible condition- not useable including broken and shredded awning, bathroom not clean - sink had refill putty still there - shower had mould on tiles, huge hole in window where AC unit had been removed (as we where there in their winter months we had gale force winds and rain coming through), bedroom AC not fitted correctly, locks on window broken - all in all absolutely terrible condition all round. Had to move out - condition totally unacceptable.

Pesadelo!!

Para nossa surpresa tivemos que fazer o checkin em local diferente de onde ficaríamos. Após o checkin, nos dirigimos ao imóvel e para nossa surpresa (novamente) o imóvel já estava alugado para outra pessoa! Tentamos cancelar nosso pagamento, que somou R$ 910,00 e não conseguimos. A GoHouse nos indicou outro imóvel para ficarmos. Este imóvel que ficamos era de valor inferior ao que pagamos, ou seja, custou R$ 683,00. Pedimos o ressarcimento da diferença no valor de R$ 225,00 e eles nos enviaram "outro" contrato com o valor alterado que ficava igual ao que pagamos...Quer dizer, essa GoHouse é uma picareta e se não recebermos nosso dinheiro de volta vamos acionar os serviços que nos levaram até ela.

Estrutura em pessimas condicoes e limpeza precaria

Fiquei no 509 do barra palace e o flat estava com a limpeza muito precaria e a estrutura em pessimas condicoes de conservacao!!!

Você pensa que é um hotel mas não é!

Há um equívoco em chamar o Barra Palace 509 (Barra da Tijuca, RJ) de hotel. Não tem portaria de hotel, não se pode solicitar nenhum serviço de hotel, não se pode nem mesmo pagar a conta lá, pois é um apartamento alugado, e a empresa de locação exige que se vá a Copacabana em horário comercial assinar o contrato de locação, que inclui uma taxa de limpeza de R$ 175,00! Nunca vi nenhum hotel funcionar desta maneira. Cuidado, é um engano!
