The shower would not drain! We left and returned 12 hrs later and the water was still in tub. The first morning the hot water in the shower wouldn't get even warn and we had to take cold showers. So all in all it wasn't a good experience for a higher end hotel chain.

considering it was 78 degrees outside, the comfort and heat was very nice. The people were great, the rooms were clean and the hang at their restaurant was very inviting, and the food and the chef were awesome! Worth the stay! If you're ever in Port Huron, this is the best.

The property is beautiful However, the bar and restaurant area were very cold and the staff said it is always like that. It’s a shame. It’s such a beautiful space. Gym is nice Pool is nice.

I expected a better experience. Many hotels in similar price range offer more amenities. There were no in-room robes, toiletries like toothpaste, razors, etc. The hot tub had a significant dirty foam on the surface of the water. Epecially disappointing was the brealfast. The was an upcharge for breakfast, but it only included a few items (no waffle maker) and relatively no healthy options. Additionally cost was mandated to get French toast.

I should have called the hotel first. There were several kids hockey tournaments staying at the hotel. It was noisy, couldnt get into the pool or gym, and the buffet was all cleaned out by the time the kids got theough with it.
