i stayed there on 10/9-10/10 it is now 10/23 and i still haven’t gotten my deposit back the manager act like she don’t care i call for a week and half trying to resolve this and still nothing. they hung up on me they left me sitting on hold all in all just be careful way you stay and definitely keep an eye out on your money

The complex was very neat and clean. The breakfast was great with a magical pancake maker. The woman who worked in providing the breakfast was very helpful, and I noticed that she went out of her way to make some breakfast options for a couple of individuals who were a couple of minutes late. Well done.

Since they allow people to live there it has gone downhill. People were loud and partying till middle of night and the grounds and building are falling apart

We were only there one night otherwise I would have left. We entered our room and there were stains all over the rug throughout the whole room. There was a cigarette burn in the ottoman. The shower did not drain. The light switches were difficult to find - not convenient. The appliances were rusted and old. They are currently doing all the rooms over but it should have never gotten this bad.

Only 1 staff person working late evening and night. Often had very long wait at front desk for help (>10 minutes) Refrigerator was dirty. Looked like not cleaned for a long time. Paper and crumbs on door shelves. Toilet leaked around the seal. Tub stained. Couch stained. We will NEVER stay here again.

Overall a nice stay. The layout of the property was really wierd. No privacy at all even though it has been designed for about 8 people. What was a little disappointing was no extra blankets or anything at all in the hotel and you have to walk all the way to main desk to get anything. We didn't had shower gel or Shampoo refilled and realized after went inside for the bath and it delayed us by about an hour because someone had to go and get it and over the counter they couldn't find the shampoo or shower gel. No one to come and give you if anything is not there, you have to go all the way no matter what the time and with 2 small kids, that was very frustrating. Kitchen had very very limited stuff and nothing for about 8 people.
