The breakfast staff Jessica was so friendly and gave great service. Every day she was smiling and helpful. Eric on reception was also really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is nice and clean and modern. Try to get a room with balcony overlooking the mountains, the view was stunning! Overall a fantastic experience

It was a lovely stay, enjoyed breakfast every morning. The staff was very accommodating, even let me check in early without any additional fees. Nice hotel, the only thing I could complain about was that although I had a very nice and spacious room with all windows facing the street, it was a bit noisy with the spiked snow tires on the roadway below, and maybe a bus horn blowing early in the morning.

The shower was very small and didn't have a light. The room itself was small for two people with luggage but was clean. The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful. The buffer was wonderful.

This hotel was AMAZING. I was a solo traveler and felt safe. Everything I did for the 6 days I was there was walkable. Location was good for shopping and exploring the downtown area. When booking the reservation, we chose this property specifically because of the free parking since we had a rental car but when we arrived we found out there were only 12 spots and it was first come first serve. I don’t remember if the square footage of the room we booked was listed when booking since this is the first time flying to Europe but we will pay attention to that in the future as the room was way too small for multiple days to stay.

Great location. Bus stop #9 is right outside the hotel so very easy pick up/drop off for tour and airport buses. Very walkable to dining and shopping and the waterfront. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. I would stay here again!
