This hotel was fully renovated and felt “fresh”!! Everything felt clean and new, the staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful, and the entrance had a beautiful open fireplace to lounge in and sip drinks, if necessary! It is definitely on my list when visiting Revelstoke in the future!

It’s a motel so just know you won’t get daily service. Also, their front desk is also part of the restaurant. The result? Multi tasking staff and slow service; guests checking in/out and complaining at times when right next to your table as you try to eat dinner.

I love the hotel and the room. The staff is great. The app and the emailing for your room information definitely needs some work. The showers should also have doors to avoid having water squish up from the floor when you step on it. Either than that I would definitely stay here again.

We liked staying at this property. It has a bit of a younger vibe, which we liked. The room was not very large, but the bed was nice and the bathroom facilities were good. Shelving was at a minimum but there were hooks for towels and personal items. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside sitting area, even though the often used train tracks were nearby, creating some noise. We did not hear the train run by when we were in the room, which was good. There was a bar and outside area if you wanted a refreshment or to meet others. Would recommend staying at this property.
