Hotel location is great with snow clad mountain views in late July, peak of summers. The breakfast was good, and dining area was well maintained. However there was some issue with our reservation of 4 adults and a kid. When the staff was informed that we have a booking for 5 persons, they mentioned that for 3rd party bookings thru sites like Expedia, they have to mention that there’s space available for 5, but only 2 queen beds provided. Finally they got to pay us extra fee for the 5th person’s bed. A bit of surprise but left with not much options as it’s a small town.

I recently stayed at your property with my family and wanted to share a bit of feedback. Overall, the room was very spacious and well-suited for a family of four. We appreciated the comfortable layout and the space it provided. However, I did want to bring one concern to your attention. We contacted the front desk to request an extra pillow and a clean sheet after our daughter accidentally spilled chips on the bed. We were told someone would bring the items within a few minutes, but unfortunately, no one arrived, and our follow-up calls went unanswered even 30 minutes later. While this was a minor issue, I believe it’s worth noting as part of the overall guest experience.

I really like this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again. Very clean! Very happy with this hotel. Pool is well maintained and updated. Breakfast chairs are a bit dated/worn and there are some general aesthetic repairs that could be done with the floor and furniture in our suite but very happy overall.
