This is the first time we tried a staff-less hotel and the email communications were great. the hotel rooms are complete apartments (except no living room) and even have a washer/dryer. Excellent for skiers and travellers. there were 2 rooftop hot tubs with perfect temperature for those long tired days. Overall and excellent stay.

Basecamp Revelstoke is great - rooms are well designed, and very clean. Location is great - right downtown. Very walkable to restaurants and shops.

Disappointed at lack of flexibility for check-in. I understand the need for policies and procedures in place but with no explanation why early check-in was not granted for rooms that were ready is puzzling. Compounding the issue was no onsite office staff to assist. It was all done via texts.

The space was really nice, clean, and bright. The only negative is if you plan to cook in your suite. There were enough plates and cutlery but not one serving bowl and only one frying pan.

The property was good and the apartment we rented was large and very well equipped. The beds were excellent. The site is situated in downtown so there is a short walk to everything there. The only other thing to know is that to get to the 2nd floor apartments you need to walk up a flight of stairs, other than that it was great.

Property and room were great. We enjoyed the hot tubs too! Location is awesome - right downtown so super close to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Check-in however is a pretty poor system. No reception or front desk agent. We called to inquire about early check-in, they said it's based on the cleaners. However when we arrived and asked the cleaners, they seemed confused and said it's not possible to check in early. I also had to help two other people with the online check-in process. It's not easy for older people who aren't tech savvy or visiting from another country and don't have data on their phones.

Will stay again!

Pros- new, clean, comfy bed, easy access to shopping and food, hot tub (good views), quiet, easy parking, easy check in, good price, rocky soap products. I don’t really have any cons to my stay, but just a few comments. While our room had a huge closet, there were only 5 hangers and there are no coat hooks anywhere in the room. The towels were really rough. The hot tub views were great, but wish you would have done a glass insert in the railings, instead of black bars, so you can enjoy the view better. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to stay again in October.
