It took over 30 min to check me in because the system was having issues. Got charged extra fees when I got there because I wasn’t taxed right on the booking site. The heat didn’t work half the night, had to take a cold shower in the winter. The WiFi didn’t work. Half the time my key card didn’t work.

Had a suite located right at entrance and exit of the building we’re all night. We heard the door slamming till 1 o’clock in the morning then started again at four when people were leaving. We had literally no sleep. This wasn’t because the people slammed slam the door. It was because the door closed that way, so it wasn’t that people were throwing the door. Heater /air conditioner was disconnected from the wall so the cold air from outside was coming into our room. We had another day to stay there, but the conditions were so bad. They do not have a room to change it and will probably not get my money refunded. we have heard nothing from management.

Yellow spots on sheets and blankets. TV did not work. Charged $250 for “evidence” of smoking. But would not show this “evidence”. It’s a scam, the room was only $125 a night.
