The location is close to the heart of Rehoboth. You can bike or take a stroll into all the fun: beaches and board walk, tons of restaurants and Funland! Easy access to the Henlopen State Park, Gordon Pond. You can also take the bus to the Rehoboth Board Walk as another option.

Elegant beachy fresh paint, beautiful new luxury plank flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances! Close to the heart of Rehoboth, you can bike/walk to all the fun while resting in a peaceful family-oriented oasis. Take an easy stroll to the shops and restaurants, beaches. 2 parking spots.

This renovated unit offers a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite, tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, breakfast bar with 3 stools, brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, shutters. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed in living room with shared second full bathroom.

You have two dedicated parking spots around the building. You can walk to the beach with a new beach gear cart and new beach gears! One parking spot is in front of the building labeled as 100-102 and a second parking spot is near the back balcony labeled as 100-102. You don't need parking permit in the car as long as you park in the allocated spots.

Apartment had good arrangement for my husband and me and my mother. The deck was lovely and backed onto a lawn that led to a very nice pool. The only complaint I have is there was no toaster although listed as an amenity.

Such an amazing experience! beautiful and clean accommodations....so convenient to the avenue! the kids had a ball at the pool after a long day at the beach...great way to wind down and well stocked with noodles and inner tubes to play with....the complex was quiet, well maintained with so many friendly guests and neighbors... cindy was an amazing host and responded quickly with any questions we had regarding our stay from booking to on site needs. we will definitely be booking again for our annual moms/kids annual reohoboth weekend

Relaxing family vacation!

Our family loves to visit the beach and are very particular about where we stay. This place was just what we needed. It was a great location to the beach, restaurants, shops,etc.Most importantly it was (1) very clean and well maintained (2) nicely decorated (3) lots of amenities (4) quiet and safe neighborhood (5) easy check-in/check-out and (6) the host was very responsive.We'd definitely stay again!

Great Location!The condo is just as pictured, and very quiet. Lots of local bars, cafes, and shopping in walking distance. Easy to get in an out of the complex, even with traffic. We used all our own sheets/towels/linens/blankets and pillows.The kitchen is well stocked. It is very easy to get in and out of the complex, even with traffic.We spent most of our time at the beach, but community pool is very clean and well kept!

The condo was nice. Clean and as described. Linens and towels weren’t supplied as the listing describes, but Cindy, the host, clarified that prior to our trip when asked. It is in a nice location, but being in walking distance from the beach is unlikely. We drove each day.

The condo was nice and clean, in a great location, close to the pool and very quiet. There was assigned parking for 2 vehicles close to the condo. We were looking for a unit that had little to no stairs, and this place was perfect.

Family Beach Trip

Very nice (and clean) place to stay. Conveniently located close to local YMCA (for all family members who like to workout every day) and beach/local shops and restaurants. Pool and other condo residents were very friendly and accommodating. Access to both beach gear cart and beach chairs (by owner) was greatly appreciated since we walked to and from the beach every day! NOTE: While certainly not a show-stopper, there was some confusion because the listing did indicate access to one Rehoboth city non-meter parking permit.

Lovely condo for four in a friendly community

This first floor condo has entry into a very nice kitchen with tons of amenities, including filtered water at the sink. It’s stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Just past the kitchen is a dining room that could accommodate six, then a lounge area with a very comfortable sectional, which if necessary could probably sleep 2 more. Off to the right of these rooms are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect for us, as it provided a welcomed escape from the craziness of the beach traffic. We used the Rehoboth parking permit provided when going into town. A google search will show you a map of streets to look for non-metered spots. We turned right down Philadelphia & made loops south from there. The owner, Cindy, was an attentive hostess whenever I’d reach out to her and throughout the booking process. Thank you for a much needed getaway!
