We booked a room assuming that it had the fireplace and spa, the rooms only had one or the other. The initial room that we we're given did not have the jacuzzi, like we were initially given, so they switched it to another room with the jacuzzi, but was smaller and the sofa bed was a twin size bed

Front Desk Personnel SUPER NICE!! Room was clean. Toiletries were meh. No blowdryer (but they had one up front and saved the day). Worse part....our first wake up was not by the alarm, it was the personnel in the hallways vacuuming and hollering at each other in Spanish, before 0800, that part was not cool.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was extremely clean and ready to go when we arrived. Room was super accessible. Its in the perfect location. Not too close but not too far from the beach and shopping locations. It was exactly what we needed for a last minute decision. I booked here last summer and again during the off season. Definitely a very nice place. 10/10 would book here again

Great Place to Chill and Relax

Stayed at Hotel Wave again. They are fabulous - very fun. Stayed in the "fireplace" room which had a separate sitting room and 2 TVs. Watched the SuperBowl game in grand style.

I love the outside little sitting area that is for smoking and I didn't like the negativity/or bad attitude from the female employee that was working at the time of my check in however the other employee(male) was wonderful and understanding

The hotel itself is cute and small, there’s no elevator luckily I got help w bags. The surrounding area wasnt much to look at and the outside seating area picture wasnt as the photo showed all in all it was good

I was charged twice for the same room on the same day. The staff was not willing to work with me or accommodate me. Nor offer a refund. Justin and Sergio were very rude and insensitive to the hotels mistake. I explained that it wasy daughters birthday present and them charging me for a room without my consent or confirmation was financially hurtful to my daughters birthday. Justin responds was too bad. The stated I need to come up with the 100 security deposit as well and after all this we didn't get to arrive until 5:30 pm due to there mistake.. My daughter's birthday was ruined and people were unable to come due to the time. They still have not addressed the issue and there was no manager available to speak with all weekend. Still waiting to speak with a manager.
