In a cold winter night, the air conditioning was blowing cool air the entire night no matter how we adjusted the thermal panel on the wall or the buttons on the machine. A staff member came to check but said he can do nothing. They kindly brought a portable heater to our room which helped to keep the room temperature, however it was super loud which made us difficult to sleep. In addition, the bedding was completely polyester, which caused a ton of shocks between us in the entire night. It was super uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.
