The staff was excellent. Hotel was nice. I believe there must be a Ramada policy of allowing kids to run, yell and play games in the hallway at all times of the night. This is totally unacceptable,and I will be using social media to tell others of my experience at this Ramada hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Accommodating for gluten free breakfast options. Pool heater wasn’t working but hotel gave us a discount because it wasn’t working and water was cold. Did not even ask for it. They just offered.

Asked for an additional blanket each of the three nights we were there,request completely ignored each time. Breakfast is stale baking, bruised apples, dried out old oranges. The same baking out on Friday morning was still there for Sunday morning. The coffee may as well be water. 3 of 4 “hot items” (microwaved prepared frozen food) was pork based. Pool was consistently overcrowded, smelled bad, and gave the kids skin rashes. Very much a budget hotel without budget price.
