Room and staff were very good only problem was someone was smoking mariguana in a room close to us hallway and room smelled upon check-in it cleared in the evening and then started again approximately 6:30 am also I assume the same patrons were smoking it in the parking lot in the evening as we were going for supper

Our stay checked all the boxes for an excellent stay. Our room was incredible the staff very cordial and the breakfast was second to none. We will definately stay at this property again in the future.

The tub did not drain fast. The fridge froze my canned drinks, one of which exploded in the middle of the night. The blow drier stopped randomly and wouldn’t turn on again. We walked up the stairs to get to our floor (the 4th floor) but the door knob was broken and we couldn’t get out of the stairwell and had to walk down one floor and take the elevator up. The room had a number of power bars as their electronic upgrade to plug in your electronics. The tv did not have a HDMI cord to plug in your phone/tablet to watch Netflix. When using the towels after the shower, little white bits came off all over my skin and were in my hair. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean and the free breakfast was decent.

Staff were kind and welcoming. Loved that they are a pet friendly hotel! Our room looked like it was recently renovated and was clean and very homey. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows to choose from. The BEST part of our experience, was the FABULOUS breakfast! We have travelled extensively and it is the best breakfast we have had! There were numerous hot dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausages, hash browns, quiche) as well as, cereals, breads, home made muffins, fruits, milk, chocolate milk, juices, etc! They even had gluten free bread and other gluten free options. This breakfast is INCLUDED with your stay!! We will definitely be staying here everytime we are in Regina!!
