Enjoy exclusive access to the entire basement suite with no shared indoor spaces.

GOOD TO KNOW

The suite is located on the basement level of our family home but is completely self-contained with its own entrance and no shared indoor guest spaces. As with any attached residential home, occasional normal household sounds may be heard.

The reservation is limited to the registered guests on the booking. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the suite or near the suite entrance.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Whether you're visiting Regina for work, a weekend away or a longer stay, our goal is simple: to provide a clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped space where you can settle in and feel at home.
