The hotel air conditioning and bathroom exhaust is extremely loud and despite being loud provided no ventilation AT ALL so the bathroom was extremely humid and hard to breathe after you shower. They did housekeeping but only replaced towels and trash bags and left the bed undone and tissues empty. We were given two towels instead of three since we had three people so we went to the lobby to request one and they said they had no access to the laundry room or clean laundry until 10:30 pm. We were also missing a TV remote and when given one, the TV didn't work.

Stay if you have to - bare bones

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst stays I've had. Contacted manager about refund and have not heard back for weeks so I'm doing a chargeback. The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was mold in the bathroom. There was no Wi-Fi or cable for the duration of the stay. The AC smelled bad. The sheets had burn holes in them. Staff was very obviously and openly inebriated. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I had a really terrible stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, there's a restaurant in the parking lot, and there were no bugs. But I am incredibly unhappy.

Not enough parking for the number of rooms.3 of the 5 nights that we stayed we had to park our vehicle across the property and out of sight which was incredibly inconvenient. On the 3rd night we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the room above us was leaking water into our bathroom and shorted out the lights. Had to report to office that our new room the shower door handle was broke, the bracket for the hand lotion was broke and missing, the toilet wasn't secured to the floor, the iron was missing and the TV had no reception.The pool was empty and being worked on the entire time and it was 100+ degrees every day.

It’s not the property fault for the homeless population but you guys can clean up the area around the motel. Which is probably difficult to do cause the homeless. Over all it’s a diamond in the ruff. I mean the rooms is updated all new fixtures king bed is awesome everything is clean and fresh!!! I will 100% stay here again!!! Good job!!!!
