Had a great stay, room was great, lady at front desk was great. But we went to the breakfast buffet in the casino, 1. Way too expensive and 2 we had TERRIBLE service. We had just got married and had family in town. She turned away a family of 6. Our waiters was terrible and rude.

staff; front desk; rude on callingg 3 minutes past checkout and asking when we will be out, as I expalined it was an oversight and we would be out in 10 minutes....the clerk repied as if we were holding up the process....paaaalease...day after TG....Never prior in stays have I experienced a hotel calling 3 minutes past checkout time...oh well

The room on the first floor was somewhat noisy. The yard maintenance crew were using loud blowing equipment right outside of the room at 9am. It was a holiday and it would be most considerate to wait until checkout time to do work right next to rooms. The television froze and pixelated several times, during key moments in the program. The bathroom sink is cracked a overall could use an upgrade.. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable.
