The remote control for the tv didn't work properly the refrigerator was making loud noise the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way because the hindges were lose and the tolit was running like it had just been flushed last there was a leak in the bathroom not sure if it wasfrom the sink or the toilet so there was water on the floor and now housekeeping was available.

Izzy was great! He helped us get settled and even recommended the Steak House next door, which is Fabulous! I found some damage to a table in my room when I got in, and told him about it. He wrote it down so I would not be held responsible. Very good location

Stopped here on our drive back from Washington for a quick rest. Room was decent for what we needed. Did not get to try the breakfast as we were in a hurry to leave the next day to continue our trip. Overall average stay and definitely smelled better than the previous hotel we stayed on our way through Redding.

I was very disappointed. I reserved a room with a king bed and, with a condescending voice, was told that because I booked through a third party they couldn’t guarantee the room type I reserved. I was offered either a room with 2 queens or 2 twins. I selected 2 queens. When I entered the room I found 2 twins. Too tired from my 4-hour drive, I settled for the room. I rushed off to a meeting and returned later that night. I quickly discovered a very unclean room. Mold in the shower, on the bathroom doorframe and all around under the bathroom vanity. Flooring around the edges and in corners were dirty. There were no wash/face clothes or lotion. The first hand towel I grabbed had makeup stains all over. The hairdryer cord and plug were so dirty I used the stained towel to wipe it and the sink area. There were no available outlets to charge my devices. Too tired to complain or request a room change, I chose to only stay one night and forfeit the prepaid second night.

A truly one-of-a-kind experience, and not in a good way. As we walked up the stairs to our room, there was vomit in the stairwell. The room smelled musty. The sheets had a large brown stain on them. Half of the lights in the room for some reason didn’t even work. And we opted not to use the shower, since the previous guest’s soap was still in there.

Location is good. Light bulbs missing in the room, TV had to be reprogrammed, shower weird: alternating momentarily between hot and cold. One of the weirdest motels I've ever stayed in.

Great Staff, But Property Needs Major Improvement The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we asked for clean sheets and extra towels (the ones provided were dirty). Their service was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was disappointing. The photos showed a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The property is very worn down—chipped paint, a rotting bathroom door, and carpets that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The sliding glass door in our room didn’t close properly and left nearly a one-inch gap, which felt unsafe, especially since we were on the ground floor. Only one key card was provided, and when we asked for a second, we were told there was a shortage. There was just one ice machine for the whole property, and it was located on the third floor at the opposite end of the building. This hotel is pet-friendly, which is great, but that should come with a higher standard of cleanliness. We’ve stayed with this hotel chain before and had great experiences, but sadly, this location didn’t meet expectations. The staff were fantastic, but the property needs serious attention.
