The location couldnt be better. The staff were incredible and couldnt do anything more for you. The room was spotless and the bed was like laying on a cloud!

I had an amazing stay for my birthday weekend. The staff Nico, Jerina and Germaine went the extra mile and this was much appreciated. When I am next in Amsterdam I will be back there again.

Stepping through the doors into the grand, is entering a new world. A world of tranquility. Where every single member of staff their to make your stay pleasurable. Always with a smile. And full of grace. The grand will take your breath away from beautiful rooms. To exquisite dining experiences. An amazing spa. Even just walking around the hotel itself is an adventure. Highly recommend. I will never stay any where else in Amsterdam.
