When we checked in No one told us the pool was closed. Went to the room and the TV did not work, took my 7 year old niece down to the pool and was told it was closed.😡 Then we changed room because the TV was broke and then the next room the phone was broke. We left the next day and went to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. NEVER AGAIN

It was fine….

Hampton’s used to be the safe bet for comfort and condition… room on the 5th floor had proof of leaky roof painted over and stained furniture. Staff was exceptional. No complaints there. Just would love to see Hampton Inn’s get a facelift and renovations soon

Nice clean and quiet property. Room had plenty of outlets and charging ports (although not all charging ports worked or if they did were really really slow charging). Friendly staff, nice young black gentleman at the front desk and an amazing older woman who took care of the breakfast! Great stay overall. I actually left the best western and came here and that was the best thing I did! Thank you guys!

I was not impressed with this hotel. Plus, they do not even have streaming channels. Hotels should standardize streaming channels for guests now. The room was too small!!!

Pet fees are always going to be applied but theirs are just way too expensive. I also understand the necessity of the fee because maybe the dog could be destructive unfortunately ours is not however the fee amount should be disclosed when booking. It was not. This way you are prepared budget wise. Truly felt the raked.

My stay wasn't enjoyable. The bed was not comfortable. The ceiling had few patchs and the ceiling was falling apart. The toilet was broken and missing a piece. It also had cracks in it.

There was no closet, there was hungers behind the curtain that was it. And bathroom door was a hanging "Sliding Door" without lock. Maybe no problem with a couple but otherwise not nice. Worst thing was a very noisy AC/Heater unit. And bad thing about was it doesn't have heater/AC switch. It is constantly blowing air with loud noise. I wanted to warm up the room. When the room temperature reached to the set temp, it started to blow cold air and when the room temp dropped lower with the AC, it started to blow warm air. It repeats that all the time. I couldn't sleep with the noise. I ended up turning off and slept cold. Not worth the money.
