The room I was given was on the first floor near the breakfast is served so very noisy in the morning. I was given a room which is for handicapped people. The shower was made to be able to roll in with wheelchair so had no edge. Taking a shower was dangerous if standing and water completely spilled over to the entire bathroom. Needed many towels to pick up the water in order to not stand in water. I should not have been given this room.

Easter holiday family trip

The stay was good The only issue we had was them doing baptisms in the pool. Not that it was a issue just that I don’t think that is the place to do things like that because not everyone is comfortable with that being done

Husband & I had to change our room after unpacking due to someone leaving their large barking dog unattended next door to our room!! Staff did handle our request to move to another floor, swiftly though. So this one night experience was not our best because of that.

We usually get in late so we’re there for 2 nights. My mom is close to this location so it’s really convenient. The staff is usually friendly welcoming & professional. This time we got there, it was a man at the desk. He checked me in but on my reservation I have 2 rooms 2 people. He was moving on like he was finished so I said I have 2 reservations one is under another name but on my reservation. He checked then said yeah he needs to show me his ID. It was a little weird but no problem. The worst part is that I paid for the rooms ahead of time & they put us on separate floors. I called beforehand to let let them know we were a late check-in. I took a shower in the morning & I happened to look at the towel, it was dirty in several spots😳. I threw it on the floor. It was horrible that a filthy towel was there to be used yuck.. I checked the other towels another towel had a dirty spot on it so I threw that one on the floor. The last towel was clean. I was going to tell the desk but I was leaving the next day & I didn’t need another towel. What were they going to do, as I stated I didn’t need another towel. The most I can do is put it in my review. Right now I’m deciding if I should stay at another hotel. I have to look into it when I’m going to stay in the area again. I was thinking of getting decaf coffee & again the stern was missing. I guess a lot of people drink decaf. The time before last the decaf stern was missing the whole stay 3 days.

Always decorated nicely. bedding and beds are wonderful as are lotions and shampoos and bodywashes provided. hallways smelled weird...not sure like new carpet or something and our neighbors in 327 kept letting their door slam...but otherwise a wonderful overnight stay.

Was a great stay I loved the location! Restaurants, mall, target, Walmart, and various other stores are all very close and surrounding it! Will be coming back again to stay in October!
