Motel 6 - accommodation in Rancho Santa Margarita

Room is clean and up to most people’s standards. It doesn’t look it from the outside much but the inside is very welcoming and feels 5 star.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. When we arrived, the floors in the room didn’t appear to be swept or mopped. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would take care of it, but it didn’t end up getting addressed during our stay. The room was also pretty small and felt a bit tight, especially with luggage. We also had some trouble with the room key not working and had to get it reset multiple times, which was a little inconvenient. The staff was polite, but these things made the stay less comfortable than we expected, and unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Breakfast is fresh.
