The room was “ok” not great. No place but the bed to sit, one small nightstand. The ceiling fan needs to be replaced, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The pool had weird hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, the breakfast was muffins, and cereal. The coffee was good. Dogs are $35 a night (extra) any trailer parking is $20 a night across the street in an Open field w no security or fence plus some “destination fee” of $30.

The room has not been updated in the last 30 years except for the flooring. The light fixtures are from the1960 but not in a quaint way. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

The property is beautiful! Room was very small for two people with nowhere to place luggage (one bedside table between the two beds and an alcove with a microwave was all the extra space there was. The air conditioner was very loud, sounding like water was trapped in it. Alerted front desk upon check out so they can look at it. Checking in and out was smooth and front desk staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast included was good, bagels and pastries!

Excellent service and ammenities. We enjoyed our stay, very personable resort and we took pleasure in getting to know the other patrons at the pool. The Resort is in the perfect central location, we travelled to both Islamorada and Key West a couple of days. A fishing charter picked us up right at the Resort dock. We took our catch down to Kiki's and they cooked it up for us. Also, nightly live entertainment at Kiki's just down the road.

We had a great one night stay on our way back home from Key West. The grounds are very well tended. Very pet friendly. Bring your boat. Breakfast was good. Has laundry facilities. I only had two complaints, the ceiling fan didn't work and the tub was a little slippery. Great little bar and grill right down the road, bring your vehicle tag and get a discount. But we would be back.

The room was definitely neglected. The pictures on the site were very deceiving to what we received and we were upgraded! The floors were so dirty we walked on towels so we didn’t go to bed with black feet. The boarded up door that separated our room with another guest room looked terrible. The shower head was so powerful it pelted our skin. The shower curtain (plastic) didn’t fit the shower so it blew in the room and water went everywhere. It wasn’t a resort by any means
