I would never stay at this establishment again. It’s overpriced and overhyped. Arrived at 2:50pm to check in and did not get to my room until 3:40pm after having to wait almost an hour bc the room was “not available”. Then the toilet seat was not on securely and I almost fell in the floor. The room so extremely loud it sounded like being on an airplane because of the traffic. A dog barked all night passed 2am. I could not wait to leave. The music in the urban oak restaurant was horrible. The food was equally bad. Not a good experience at all.

This hotel was the best! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly what we needed and very clean. We were in town for a concert, myself and my two daughters (17 and 7). The moon song cafe in the lobby was AMAZING! The man working the counter went above and beyond for us! I could write an entire paragraph dedicated to him! The vanilla iced coffee is a must! As well as the breakfast scramble. If we are ever in Raleigh again, we will choose the Hilton Tempo for sure!
