This property was awesome! Outstanding communication with the host. The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed to do. The yard is perfect for a pet. The neighborhood was nice to walk around at night. This house had literally everything we needed for our stay. Offroad parking, and it was clean, clean, clean. If we have business down in this area again, we are definitely staying here. Great job!

It was very welcoming and comfortable with every detail taken care of -- down to having fresh, cold water in the dog bowl ready for us when we arrived. The property is in pristine condition, incredibly well maintained, and in a perfect location for accessing the greater Raleigh area. Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and organized. Clean and cozy with a fenced in yard for my pup. Our family stopped in Raleigh to have an overnight and pick up a cousin from the airport on our way to the beach and this home was the perfect spot to rest and recharge. Eric, our host, was amazing. Everything, from booking to checkout, was perfect. Eric, the owner, was very attentive & accommodating. We had a fantastic time at this property! The house and the surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and more—towels, linens, cooking utensils, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home.Our four-legged companion had an amazing time, especially with the spacious backyard and porch. We enjoyed taking a few walks around the peaceful neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. It's quiet, with plenty of sidewalks, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll.The only downside was the road directly behind the house. It can get a bit busy and loud at times, but if you're used to living in a suburban or metro area, it likely won’t be much of a bother.Overall, if you're in the area, I highly recommend this house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I would like to start by saying that Eric went advice and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. The home was very clean and he did not leave out a thing to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Raleigh. We have rented much larger homes for a lot more money that did not come close to how satisfied we were with this home. We will certainly be staying here when we come to Raleigh!!

Wonderful place to stay

My husband and I spent ten days at this lovely home and couldn’t have been happier. Beautifully decorated, exceedingly clean and very comfortable furniture. Eric provided so many thoughtful extras we don’t normally find in our rentals. The backyard and porch were perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The home is in a quiet walkable neighborhood and was very close to great places to hike, bike and eat. Having use of the garage and a keyless entry were quite convenient.
