We found Ao Nang Villa to be good value. The hotel does need updating however given the price we paid we found it very comfortable, clean and in the perfect position.

The location of the property was excellent, right on the beach and at the quiet end of the beach. The property is also very close to the main township and handy for shops and restaurants, shops etc. What I didn't like about the property was the grounds had obviously not been maintained for years (I would say even long before covid), the grounds really were a mess. I booked a Luxury Grand Pool room and it certainly was not luxury, the windows and blinds were all very dirty and the view of the pool was a peak through the trees. There was stagnant water below the rooms outside so they would be a magnet for mosquitoes too. The resort probably would have been lovely at one point but it isn't now and the photos on Wotif are not what the resort is like today.

"Amazing views, beautiful pools, on the beach. Adequate breakfast with the usual fair, prepped very well. The signage for the hotel location is really hard to see with a 5 min walk to checkin. Was easy for me to get twisted around with all the different footpaths, but people will help when you ask. ..."
