This 3,600 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Wye River waterfront was designed with your comfort in mind, the open floor plan features a modern interior and incorporates a flow-through living, entertaining and dining area and a generous foodie inspired kitchen.

Drift off to sleep each night in the opulent main suite that comes complete with an ensuite bathroom, direct access to an expansive deck, and water views. The wonderfully secluded property boasts a beautiful built-in swimming pool, private dock, and paved ramp to launch your boat.

While this rental provides wonderful privacy, it's also a five minute car ride from the Queenstown Outlets, and a ten minute car ride from several popular waterfront restaurants, farmers markets, and grocery stores. You will love this waterfront vacation home! Well placed in a sought-after Queen Anne's County neighborhood. This unique home will book fast!

PROPERTY FEATURES:

Waterfront: Wye River
Dock: Private dock with MLW 3'. Electricity is available for guest use. Guests are permitted to tie a boat to the dock.
Boat Ramp: Private paved boat ramp onsite for boat launch.
Water Toys: 2 adult kayaks and 1 adult paddle board are available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency.
Pool: 20 x 40 private pool. Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels.
Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided.
WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area may limit data access. Some of our properties can experience slow internet speeds.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the kitchen! Quiet neighborhood. Our stay included 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Now for the little things that we didn’t expect from a million dollar house… way too much poison ivy around dock and boat ramp, overgrown/neglected landscaping, unfinished painting projects in multiple rooms, broken/missing blinds on the windows and doors, extremely dirty grill ( we used aluminum foil over the grates ) broken outdoor umbrella by the pool and the lack of pool floats ( most in the garage were damaged and unable to be used ) The door lock from inside the house to the garage malfunctions and you have to walk around to the front or back door to get back in. Also, owner might want to install door alarms on sliders that lead to the backyard pool area. Our 3 year old was able to open the door.
