Issue arose with traveling companions - one is supposed to drop the room keys to a box at checkout but the potential exists to then be locked out of the hotel at 4:30 AM when the hotel reception is closed. The traveling companion forgot his backpack in the lobby and could not get back in (reception does not open until later in the AM) - this is the first time I have been in a hotel that is not staffed overnight. For those folks with early AM flight, this can be real issue.
