I stayed at this hotel. Broke my foot and damaged my tendons and ligaments. Provided all my medical records. They did nothing for me. I had hundreds of dollars in expenses such as cast boot scooter. Nothing at all. They have not even offered any form of compensation for my pain and suffering. Do not go to this hotel.

The hotel looked like it was recently renovated and it was very clean. The person at the reception allowed us to check in an hour early which was appreciated. The maintenance at the hotel is poor. The hair dryer, rods to open drapes and pop machine were broken.

Around 30 sports team parents started drinking alcohols in the lobby from around 10 p.m. and their making noise and drinking never stopped even after midnight. We couldn't sleep at all because our room was on the 1st floor very near from the lobby. I asked the front desk staff to refund; however, he said he didn't have the authority to refund. We understood it. And he said he could upgrade our room to a Suite room and changed our room to 4th floor. That room was never heated and the temperature was 9C. We had to wait till 5 a.m. in the morning to make the temperature 17C. This was my 1st time experience to see a hotel allow their guests to have a drinking party in the lobby. What a shame!

They receive you very blandly at the reception area - they don’t look too happy you are there. The sheets were really old, the bed was not crisp and did not smell nice like a higher end place. When I entered, there was a soap by the sink that had been used already in the bathroom - I wondered if the room had not been made. But the bed was made. The room was very clean though. It’s an ok hotel I guess. The shower/bathtub was new and shiny and super clean. I took a nice bath. The rooms are quite sound proof so I slept well.

Allowed checking even though there was a shooting.

Well we booked this hotel at 9pm Jan 11/25 it was a stop over on a business trip. We realized that we would be arriving late called and were told don’t worry there was an incident. We arrived at 12:30 and police everywhere, still this hotel allowed us to enter, then woken up at 4:30 by police to ask if we see anything don’t you think the desk should have told police the time that guests were still be allowed to check in. So on that note we stayed up and got ready and left, the police down stairs showed us to the door. this hotel is a money grab, allowing people to check in even when there was a shooting in the parking lot, and i called to say I would be late was told there was an incident but still nothing about not allowing us to check in.
