Was a good set up with full kitchen, separate bedroom and living area.
Couch was old and probably needs replacing, I did not like sitting on it as felt it needed a steam clean, carpets need a steam clean inside room and outside room.
Bathroom, linen and kitchen were well cleaned though, which was high in our priority list.

We travel a lot as a family.
The taxi driver didn't know the differences between the hotels (aston) and got lost, - not a terrific start.
While reception and the people / staff were welcoming and the view was great - the buildings are tired, dated, poorly decorated, single glazed, had curtains that didn't work (and had mould on the back) and overall the rooms lacked a modern feel.
It was our third hotel in Hawaii - the other 2 were significantly better value.
Overpriced in our opinion and very average ... but a great view

Awesome location and house but seems a little neglected. It coukd be the perfect place but for poor building management. Simple but important repairs needed. Fan remote missing, lights didnt work in main living space, windows didnt open, broken beach chair, broken trifold door, confusing laundry ...
