Villa Marina is an independent house with garden on 4 sides owned and for exclusive use only 50 meters from the splendid white beach over 2km long and equipped with restaurants and bar kiosks.
The villa is arranged on one level on the ground floor and has large external verandas where you can eat and relax immersed in a green plant. Inside there is a large furnished living area, 1 independent kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) 1 full bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and there is a washing machine in the house.

Villa proche de la plage

Maison confortable, grand jardin avec jeux pour enfants, à deux pas d'une belle plage. Maison bien équipée (notamment climatisation). Quelques commerces à proximité. La ville de Pula n'est pas loin. Très proche également des autres grandes plages du sud de la Sardaigne (Chia). Un mobilier qui date un peu, comme les équipements de la maison (stores anti moustiques). Il manque internet mais le réseau téléphonique fonctionne bien. Un grand merci à Andrea, ses bons conseils et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour.
