Very enjoyable beach holiday

The accomodation is best described as a chalet. The outlook to the tennis courts and beyond to the hills is very pleasant. The owner was very helpful and the site manager was welcoming and offered to be of assistance at any time. The impression of the accomodation was positive albeit it could have been a little cleaner. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk away. The on site pool is very large which is great for serious swimming. There is a cost of EUR1.50 for the use of the pool. We would definately recommend the resort, accomodation and owner.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - Gegend Ende Sept schon sehr ruhig

Das Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet und sauber und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Leider war die ganze Anlage Mitte/Ende Sept schon etwas im „Winterschlaf“ - kein Supermarkt, keine Strandbar, kein Restaurant. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der große Spielplatz war toll für unser Kleinkind.

Nette, kleine sardische Ferienwohnung

Eine super saubere, kleine Ferienwohnung im sardischen Stil eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht, eine neue Waschmaschine und auch alles Andere ist wie in der Beschreibung. Für 2 Erwachsene mit 1 kleinen Kind gut geeignete, für mehr ist sie zu klein. Man betritt die Wohnung über die Küche und den Wohnraum, dann durch eine Schiebetür ins Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, selbst die Tassen im Schrank passen. Im kleinen Garten, kein Gras, nur Erde, gibt es einen Grill und Sitzplatz, sehr nett. Man blickt direkt auf den Tennisplatz was ein bisschen Weite gibt, denn die Reihenhäuschen stehen sehr eng. Zum schönen Strand kann man direkt durch die Anlage laufen 5 - 10 min. Die ganze Anlage ist Auto frei, man hat einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man vor das Haus fahren. Die Komunikation in Deutsch ist mit Mr. Riccardo problemlos. Maurizio spricht Englisch, auch perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa si trova in ottima posizione all interno della località di Calaverde, molto pulita e confortevole. È dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari per un lungo soggiorno e il proprietario è sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. L unico neo da risolvere è la serratura d’ingreso, ma per il resto tutto perfetto

In complesso bene. Alcune cose da migliorare: -La serratura della porta inesistente -Il giardino con solo terra -Molte api e quindi impossibile usufruire del giardino -Mare bello solo quando è calmo, altrimenti non sembra il mare della Sardegna.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer großen Anlage mit Tennisplatz, Kinderspielplatz, Boulebahn etc. Die einzelnen Häuser sind mit viel Grün voneinander getrennt. Dieses Haus ist einfach aber sehr sauber und mit allem möglichen Zubehör (Schirme für Strand, Grill, Gartenmöbel, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator und vielem mehr) ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter (nicht vor Ort) ist telefonisch und per Mail in Englisch problemlos und effektiv. Vor Ort ist ein sehr freundlicher, deutsch sprechender Verwalter, der bei Bedarf ansprechbar ist. Fazit: Alles Bestens und für 2 Personen sehr zu empfehlen

Un piccolo paradiso,una vacanza indimenticabile ,confort ,relax ,accoglienza e gentilezza.

Appena rientrate da una meravigliosa esperienza a Calaverde,un'oasi in terra Sarda.La casa é perfetta a metá strada in una meravigliosa pineta tra la spiaggia e il fornitissimo market.Due locali splendidamente arredati con cucina in muratura nella quale non manca nulla e letti comodi in ferro battuto tipico sardo.Bagno moderno con doccia comoda e calda.LA casa ha un piccolo giardino con angolo relax ,tavolo per 6 persone con ombrellone e barbecue.,guarda su uno splendido prato e rimane molto luminosa.Esposizione ottimale con sole nel pomeriggio che permette di avere tutto asciutto per il giorno seguente.Il proprietario Maurizio presente ,premuroso,disponibile ed efficiente,ci ha fatto sentire accolti e ci ha dato indicazioni preziose per ristoranti e spiaggie incantevoli nelle vicinanze...in dotazione anche ombrellone spiaggia e sdraiette...ci siamo sentite come a casa,.una bella fortuna......... grazie Maurizio...torneremo presto

Fantastico, a 5 minuti da una magnifica spiaggia

Appartamento molto accogliente, con tutti i confort. Il villaggio è immerso nel verde di una rigogliosa pineta, meravigliosa la spiaggia a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Kleines Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen

Einfaches Häuschen,aber mit allem ausgestattet ,was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Mit kleinem Garten unter schönen Bäumen. Tolle Badebucht fussläufig in 2 Minuten. Gesamte Anlage schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem gepflegt und ruhig. Direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt

kleine gemütliche Unterkunft

Vorab die Insel selbst hat natürlich 5 Sterne verdient, aber hier geht es um die Unterkunft selbst, deshalb nur für die Unterkunft 3 Sterne. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wobei Kleinigkeiten ersetzt werden könnten. Das es an scharfen Messern fehlt, merkt man aber nur wenn man den vorhandenen Grill nutzen will oder mehr als nur Frühstück in der Küche zubereiten will. Die Anlage in der sich die Unterkunft befindet bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist allerdings nur in der absoluten Hochsaison (Juli und August) geöffnet. Der Kontakt zu Maurizio ist unkompliziert. Das Ricardo sehr gut deutsch kann, macht es noch einfacher. Er steht immer zur Verfügung. Preis/Leistung ist insgesamt noch in Ordnung. Der sehr schöne Strand liegt in ca. 500 m Entfernung von der Unterkunft.

Es war ein schöner Familienurlaub in Sardinien, es ist eine schöne Anlage mit allem was man benötigt! Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand nette Leute super Ferienwohnung. Das war nicht der letzte Urlaub in Sardinien!

Sehr schönes Apartement in einer Ferienanlage

Das Apartement ist für zwei Personen hervorragend geeignet, wenn das Wetter stimmt. Wir waren im April/Mai 2018 dort und hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Mehr als drei Tage Regen. Daher wurde es feucht und kalt. Wenn man nicht an den Strand kann und der Aufenthalt draußen auch nicht geht, kann es schnell langweilig werden. Die Zeit muss dann mit lesen oder Spielen verbracht werden. Die Reisezeit war eindeutig zu früh. Schön wäre, wenn zumindest ein Programm von den ca. 85 ein deutschsprachiges wäre.

Kleine, nette Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung ist gut, wenn auch Kleinigkeiten mal erneuert werden sollten. Mitte September waren Pool und Restaurant leider geschlossen. Ricardo und Mauricio waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Bei der Abreise hat uns Mauricio ein anderes Haus zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Zeit bis zum abendlichen Abflug noch angenehm verbringen zu können

Vacanza fantastica. Location molto bella, tranquilla e piacevole. La spiaggia è stupenda con un mare semplicemente incredibile. Un accoglienza ed un'attenzione alle nostre esigenze da parte dei proprietari è stata la ciliegina sulla torta.

Splendida vacanza

Nel mese di agosto abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido comprensorio, immerso in una pineta ma con spazi verdi curatissimi. Massima libertà per i bambini, che possono circolare per il villaggio senza pericolo. La casa e' molto pratica e funzionale, con una bellissima vista sulle montagnose di fronte ed a pochi passi dal mare. Molto apprezzata l'accoglienza con vino e dolcetti sardi.
