Spa Hotels in Puerto Princesa City Centre

The good - my plane was delayed 10 hours and there was a miscommunication but their van had been sent to pick me up even though I took a taxi. Rooms are clean and staff are generally friendly. The not good - if you tell people breakfast starts at 6:30am make sure it is ready. I arrived at 6:30am and it wasn’t and they offered me some rice and a couple sausages. The terrible - I asked them to arrange me a transfer from the hotel to El Nido. Price changed on the same day which I couldn’t be bothered arguing about as it was nominal. What isn’t ok is that they have an arrangement with a transport company that uses a filthy van with broken cup holder and vents and the air con doesn’t work. It only got worse from there. DO NOT book transport through the hotel as I think some of the staff might be on the take and think it’s acceptable to arrange sub standard transport for you.

Excellent excellent excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing. The property is very pleasant, quaint, quiet, and truly recharging. The bed was extremely comfortable. It really allows the opportunity to decompress, disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended and I will return.
