Built in 2015 with pastel flagstone walls, marble bedroom, bath & living room floors, plus hardwood kitchen, granite counter tops & hardwood dining room floors. Raised bed, organic sunroom garden. Pool, spa, hammock & lawn.

Located in Prescott's banana belt, the Sunroom Suite features a spacious, lightly-furnished sunroom with an enclosed raised bed flower and vegetable garden. The beautifully crafted flagstone sunroom features flagstone floors and flagstone garden walls with three walls of windows. It is south-facing, thus wonderfully warm in the winter. However, in the summer, thanks to the deciduous, shade-giving leafy trees, it feels refreshingly cool. A quiet nature lover's dream, world-class Granite Gardens Trails just outside the door!
