Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire estate and its amenities, including all five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, indoor gathering spaces, furnished patio, BBQ area, and outdoor fire pit. The private entrance and easy check-in process allow guests to arrive at their convenience after the designated check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

The estate is located in a peaceful Prescott setting surrounded by mountain scenery and open views. Downtown Prescott is approximately 12–15 minutes away, providing convenient access to the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops, and events. Lakes, hiking trails, and other outdoor attractions are also accessible by car.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring Prescott. Downtown, restaurants, shops, lakes, and trailheads are within driving distance. Guests should check the forecast and use additional care on local roads during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other seasonal weather.

The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across five bedrooms and six beds. Pets are not permitted, and parties or events are prohibited.
