Satisfactory Visit

We booked our visit shortly before arriving. Parking close to the entrance was available every time we returned to the hotel. That was convenient. The lobby was bright, clean, and quiet. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. Our room was relatively clean. There was a long hair in the shower. I enjoyed the long layout of the room. It definitely made it feel more spacious. There were warm cookies available in the evening. The evening front desk person was helpful in sharing detailed feedback on the best places to eat. The breakfast had a variety of options, but I found the “egg and cheese” omelette to be lackluster. It’s like poured egg product splattered with what appears to be shards of shredded cheese. They had nosa yogurt, which was redemptive. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again if in the area and would highly recommend based on our experience.

Horrible staff, no customer service skills. I go visit my Uncle in Prescott multiple times per year and have never stayed in a lace that treated customers worse. Do not recommend to anyone.

A lovely hotel

I arrived early and they were kind enough to let me check in an hour early (thank you). The room (205) was fantastic (bigger than the ground floor of my house!) - it had a separate living area and bedroom and had a little kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. It had 2 sinks in between the living room and bedroom and a shower off the bedroom. In the living area there was a sofa and another seat area, a desk area and a tv. In the bedroom there was a bed, a cupboard and a tv. They also had coffee in the lobby area to grab (and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows) The breakfast starts at 6am in the same area where the coffee is and was a choice of warm and cold items - this morning there was turkey sausage, veg omelette, muffins, pancake (and sugar free syrup), fruit and other things. They also have a laundry that guests can use on floor 2 ($3 per wash approx 36mins, $2 per dry approx 45mins) - the machines take quarters and they can change these at the desk I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Prescott and would definitely stay again
