While it was a safe place to stay, conditions were some of the worst I’ve seen. Paint on the walls was just slapped on, sheets had stains, as well as the curtains, mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were outdated and unclean.

Bed was very hard. Entire hotel smelled too strongly of cleaning solution. Rooms were ugly, boring and stale. Won’t be back. I’ll pay $50 more dollars for something that’s more comfortable and homey feeling.

The paint and plaster was peeling of wall, baseboards very dirty.. the best experience is the front desk employees very friendly and kind. The bedding sheats clean, towels clean.. just a few house keeping tips and maintenance repairs.. I definitely would recommend Americas Best.

Great place to stay.

I had a nice stay at Americas Best Value Inn, the staff were friendly, my room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast options were good. The location of this Inn was just what I was looking for, centrally located to fit my needs. I will stay here again in the future.

The breakfast was simple oatmeal toast or waffles coffee juice also yogurt for breakfast. Room was clean and simple. Staff freindly,we were there 2 nights i was there but didnt ger to see pool. I honestly seen the reveiews and was worried but the rooms were clean and simple i was happy.

Shower was not clean. The window to the outside was broken. Safety issue right there especially being on the bottom floor. Beds were not comfortable at all. 2 USB ports and 1 didn't work. TV remote wouldn't work unless you were standing on your head, pointing north and the day ended in a Y...it wasn't good.
