Recepção ok, porém, a sinuca no saguão promove muito barulho e é desconfortável o check-in. Um elevador apenas o que não é suficiente para o fluxo de hóspedes. Vai esperar para subir ou descer. Café "honesto". Muito barulho no trânsito e ruído nos corredores. Isso atrapalha consideravelmente o sono. Dentro do possível atende.

A estádia foi boa, mas os quartos do segundo andar não tinham proteção acústica adequada, e durante a noite e madrugada era possível escutar as pessoas falando (embora em voz baixa), portas abrindo e fechando e móveis às vezes se movimentando. Apesar do problema da acústica, o café da manhã foi excelente, bem como a localização, pois o hotel fica no centro de Pouso Alegre.

Apesar do acanhamento do quarto, a limpeza é rigorosa , tem um chuveiro maravilhoso, ar condicionado, Tv, escrivaninha e frigo bar,e porta com abertura digital. O café da manhã tem frutas, pão de queijo( esse não poderia faltar na mesa do mineiro) café, sucos(sempre 02 tipos) presunto, peito de frango, muçarela (deliciosa) queijo frescal delicioso, gelatina, kefir, pão francês, sanduíche natural, bolos, etc. A simpatia dos(as)recepcionistas, das meninas do café, da faxineira, também é um ponto a se destacar com louvor. Próxima estadia com certeza ser no Hotel Ferraz.
