Foi Excelente, funcionários educados, limpeza boa, a comida maravilhosa, o tempo todo você tem o que comer e beber. Tem manobrista. Para quem tem criança tem diversas atividades com os recreadores. Quarto amplo. A única coisa que falta é suporte para toalhas no banheiro, um varal portátil para secar algumas peças de roupa e o Wi-Fi tem momentos que fica instável.

Claro! Aqui está uma crítica objetiva e bem estruturada para sua publicação: Tive uma experiência decepcionante neste hotel resort no último fim de semana. Escolhemos o local por sua acessibilidade e proximidade entre as áreas de lazer, como meus irmãos haviam recomendado. No entanto, ao chegarmos, descobrimos que eventos noturnos foram realocados para um espaço de difícil acesso, exigindo a descida por escadas sem alternativa para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Meus pais, idosos, não puderam participar da programação noturna, e o hotel não ofereceu nenhuma solução. Além disso, notamos uma queda na qualidade da alimentação em comparação a anos anteriores, o que comprometeu ainda mais a experiência. Outro ponto crítico foi a superlotação dos shows noturnos. O espaço escolhido não comportava a todos, e no sábado, muitas pessoas ficaram do lado de fora assistindo pela janela. Fica o alerta para quem precisa de acessibilidade ou busca uma experiência mais confortável e bem organizada.

Ótimo hotel para passar com a família. As piscinas aquecidas são muito boas, com muito espaço. Várias piscinas diferentes, com espaço suficiente para todos. Sauna e academia ótimas. Serviço de bar muito bom, com ótima variedade e equipe atenciosa.

Fiquei decepcionado com o serviço de reposição, filas e inacreditável que não limpam os caldeirões para criança, tuvemos que limpar todos os dias antes de usar pois todoa estavam nojentos. A estrutura do hotel é bem legal.
