Requested a high floor but was told it was not possible. Didn’t even check to see if there was any available it was a flat no and not very courteous which is a shame because when I stayed in January you were very welcoming and accommodating. Hence the 3 stars

Firstly the room was dirty, there was poo in the toilet and empty sweet wrappers on the floor. We then got moved with was hugely inconvenient as we had been travelling all day and u packed all our stuff. So we had to pack up again and move. Secondly, the fire alarm (which was a false alarm) went off at 10pm and we had to leave our rooms for 20 mins. However whilst us and other people came from the rooms and we are stood outside in the cold, people remained sat in the bar and were continued to be served alcohol in the bar whilst the alarm was going off, This is totally unacceptable, if the alarm is going off, whether it’s a false alarm or a real fire people should treat it as such. We stayed here to relax prior to our marathon running race in the morning and this has turned into an absolute disaster of a stay. All round really really disappointing and completely unacceptable.
