This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.

The shops, bars and restaurants of Albert Road are on your doorstep, the Seafront is only a 10-15 minute walk and a few minutes & a 25 minute walk will take you to Gunwharf Quays shopping and dining complex, the D-Day museum and the Historic Dockyard.
We are happy to help with any advice, tips and recommendations to ensure you have the best stay. This flat is perfect if you are attending a University Graduation, Victorious Festival, the Great South run or any other occasion. There is plenty to do in beautiful Southsea.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
Parking is on-street using visitor permits (low cost). Parking directly outside the property is only available for guests with a Blue Badge or mobility needs and must be arranged in advance.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
WiFi is suitable for browsing and streaming but can be slower in some parts of the apartment due to the size of the property.

Wonderfully presented property with great living and out door space. Very clean and well equipped and also nicely located. Would definitely stay here again when we are next in the UK.
Nice, very large apartment with a lot of amenities: dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, large fridge and freezer. Communication with property owners prior to stay very good. We wanted an accessible property, but entry contains 3 high steps that were difficult to negotiate. Apartement was quite cold when we arrived and we could not figure out how to turn heat on. We called the phone number the owners gave us, and talked to an answering service to called someone to come over and turn the heat and registers on. It was cold most of the time we were there, but slightly better after the maintenance man turned the temperature up. We had difficulty operating the other appliances because we didn't understand the controls, and there were no manuals or guidelines on how to operate them. the wifi was excellent- no problems there. We would recommend this apartment to others who don't have difficulty with steep stairs.
