The hotel is beautiful, clean, well appointed and in a great location. The staff is very good and helpful - they spent some time taking us to the room and explaining all of the automated features in the room.
That said, we couldn't get over the design of the room with clear glass shower facing the beds and the non-opaque glass door on the toilet room. There is NO privacy. When one person used the bathroom in the middle of the night, the only option is to turn on a light, waking the other person and then they are sitting in an illuminated room, using the toilet. The rooms are small and I understand the need to fit things into the space, but they could have perhaps used frosted glass on the shower and a solid door on the toilet room. Not everyone is traveling with a person with which they are all that intimate.
The spa is nice and I used the steam room but was surprised that they had no shampoo or other products for the showers.
