The rooms are great and larger than most rooms in Europe. Riverview studios have a direct river view with Porto across the River and Gaia down the east side of the river, gorgeous. The staff are Five Star as well. The front desk staff greets you immediately and are ready to assist you in any way. Request for something to the room (extra pillow, etc) are delivered right away. Why would you stay anywhere else?

This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at. From the moment you walk in you can feel the calm vibes. The hotel is immaculate and so very clean. The staff is 5 stars right off the bat, the lovely receptionist walked us around the property showing us all the amenities. Including the spa which we used and had an incredible massage at. Our room was a studio with a great view of the River. The area was perfect as well walking distance from some great stores and resturants.

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this property! The staff is AMAZING. Ten stars. They went above and beyond for my wild family. The room was spacious and well appointed. I liked that it was away from tourist congestion but still very walkable. The pool and sauna was a bonus after spending our days touring around the area.
