A notre arrivée les indications sont très précises pour accéder à la chambre, pas de problème pour le check in, sans aucun intermédiaire. La chambre paraît bien au premier abord, il y a une cafetière, c'est plaisant, mais pas de réfrigérateur. Le lit assez bien. La salle de bain, pleine de moisissures, la chambre est très humide. Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre,nous y sommes restés 6 jours. Nous avons rencontré un problème d'alarme a incendie dans une autre chambre, personne n'est intervenu, il a fallu que nous appelions un numéro d'urgence afin qu'une personne intervienne. Sans notre appel , malgré une caméra dans l'entrée aucune intervention. Heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas le feu... Sinon l'emplacement de la chambre est très bien, un peu loin de Ribeira à pied. Avis très très mitigé.

Die Lage des Apartments ist etwa 25 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt, was in Ordnung ist. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt gut. Ein großes Problem stellte jedoch der starke Schimmel dar – sowohl im Schlafraum (an Decke und Fenster) als auch im Badezimmer an der Decke.
