Too many requests made of us at inappropriate times. At 11:30PM, FeelPorto demanded we pay the Tourist Tax. The issue is not the tax itself (it’s required by law), but insisting we paid it right now, at 11:30PM, when we had checked in at 3:00PM was inappropriate. I imagine it’s all remote workers, because they did not accept any phone calls (even when we were locked out of the apartment and had immense difficulty checking in—no one to help us). The apartment itself was fine, not overly clean or dirty. Excellent neighbourhood, right in the action. But definitely would not go through this company again.
